Shipping and mailing information:
You are responsible for shipping your armatures to ViberBalance.
ViperBalance will ship your armatures back to you by US post office standard rates currently at $4.00 per standard package. Any overweight charges will apply.
We can also ship your armatures back to you, if you request, by UPS next day at the current rate of $14.95 per standard package. Again any overweight charges will apply.
If you require any insurance on your package, naturally you need to include the extra cost of insurance with your order.
All packages are sent FOB Franklin and we cannot be responsible for any losses caused by the shipper.
We do not provide tracking information on your packages at this time. This may change in the future depending on the need.
Please include the cost of the services and the necessary postage with your order. Make all checks and money orders payable to Gerald Kastner.
